In just 35 minutes, we’ll drop in, move energy, and expand capacity.
This practice is suitable for anyone interested in the depths and secrets of breath. A perfect breath of fresh air to end the week, and a wonderful opportunity to get to know Olivia’s teaching and experience a small piece of the magical and multi-layered world of Katonah Yoga.

About Olivia: "A few years ago, I found myself navigating some unexpected challenges, and since then my relationship to yoga shifted completely. Yoga became less about performance and more about preparation, for the unknown, for the ordinary, for joy.
My offerings are deeply influenced by my mentor, Nevine Michaan, founder of Katonah Yoga®, along with many other brilliant teachers I’ve had the privilege to learn from like Dages Juvelier Keates, Nico Allen and more recently Geoffrey Shugen Arnold Roshi. Preparation, self-responsibility and compassion are central themes in my practices, drawn from my own life experiences and as ways to live a life that gives me more structure and room for creativity.
Breathwork, sound and meditation, and bodywork that includes yoga, dance, tai chi and more are the tools that have shaped my life in simple and meaningful ways and allow me to stay grounded, open and free. I share them with the hope they’ll do the same for you."
