About the event

During April you can feel the season changing. There's more light and even with the morning crisp the air is getting warmer. The nature is coming back to alive and everything spirals fast. It is vital to find calmness and ease in the middle of the beautiful energy wave hitting us.

Mon-Fri at 7.40-8am.

20 minute sessions via ZOOM.

Connect your hearing to your breathing and tune in. Take some me-time and check up on yourself before starting the day. 

There are a lot of powerful breathwork benefits that can help change your life for the better and increase your self-awareness.

One great advantage to regular breathwork is the ability to increase your energy levels and boost your immune system. Your immune system contributes greatly to your overall health (including your energy), and the way you breathe has more of an effect on it than we may realize.
