About the event
Connect your hearing to your breathing and tune in. Take some quiet me-time and check up on yourself before a good night sleep.
Mute your electronics and commit to make your evenings your own. Quiet down the noice of the outside world and soothe yourself.
These 20 minute sessions will include some theory, asana ja a lot of calming breaths. Everything you need you already have at home (pillows, blankets, etc) and no previous experience needed!
Spending time on the mat becomes more than just doing poses.
It becomes a place for us to address the patterns in our lives via the patterns in our bodies. We can change a pattern only by being conscious of it.
This course will be taught in English if there are participants who don't speak Finnish! Message us and let us know if you prefer English <3
