We welcome spring, rejoicing in the longer days and the vision of growth and rebirth after the depth and introspection we experienced in winter. A sense of renewal gives us the vision and inspiration to bring our goals and creative energy to fruition.

Spring is the ideal time for cleansing and rejuvenation for overall health and well-being. As the spring is represented by the wood element and includes the liver and it's complementary organ, the gallbladder, these two organs are usually the primary targets for springtime cleansing and health regimens.

Each week we will move forward with our practice and deeper with theory while playing with the on-going season. We will fold and unfold to get the currency moving through and we will learn new formulas to upfunction.

We will study and use the Magic square and it's receipes!
